Aetherix Peak

Older sewer lines in Downey can back up into tubs and floor drains, and that water is treated as Category Three because of the bacteria it carries. Aetherix Peak crews wear protective gear, remove soaked drywall, carpet and pad, and disinfect every surface the water reached. After cleanup, the rooms are dried with commercial equipment, and wall cavities get drilled vent holes if moisture is trapped behind them. The same team takes on burst and frozen pipe damage and storm and flood damage restoration when heavy rain overwhelms gutters and yards. Calls come in from neighborhoods near Downey Landing and the Stonewood Center area, and someone picks up 24/7.
