To reset your password, click on the Login link on the top right of any BiZiDEX page, click on the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions.

Our search bars allow you to enter products, services, categories or businesses as well as the territory, region or city in which you’d like to search for those items. The results will show businesses based in your country. If you want to search international businesses, click on the country of your choice from the country search box on the left.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if canceled within 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time, however, we do not refund services already provided. If you cancel after 30 days, you will still get the service you paid for that month, plus one month free and subscription will expire at the end of the cycle. Once your subscription has expired, your service will be reduced to a registered FREE membership.

Basic Plan and Advanced Plan customers will receive a receipt via email as soon as the purchase is complete. You can also login to your Dashboard to view and print a copy from the Purchase History tab, at any time.

If you choose the Basic Plan, Advanced Plan or any of our other available services you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or other payment methods we offer.

A profile page is a public page that shows all the information that you’ve decided to share with the community and potential customers. You can access it directly by typing the address www.BiZiDEX.com/YourURL

Log in to your BiZiDeX Dashboard and click on ‘Account’ from the drop-down menu. Edit your information then click on the Save My Changes button at the bottom of the page.

Registration is simple. Click on Join Us for FREE on the top right of any BiZiDEX page then choose the option that suits you best. Sign up with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, or with your email address, create your password and click on Sign Up. * Please note that you cannot change your username once you’ve chosen one.

Email confirmation is an important security check that helps prevent other people from signing up for a BiZiDEX.COM account using your email address. If you need to confirm your email address, you'll see a warning notice when you log in to your BiZiDEX account on your profile page. Once you confirm your email, your page will be displayed on our website and entered into Google Index. It should only take a few seconds to confirm your email address. Upon signing up for your account, we'll send a short email with confirmation instructions, to the email address you gave us. If you don’t see our confirmation email, look in your SPAM folder.

If you have registered and activated your account, go to the top right of any BiZiDEX page, click on LOGIN and enter your username and password. Your user name will be your email address or one of the social networks you registered with – Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+

To cancel your account, log into your Dashboard and go to Account. From there you can cancel your account.
