Affordable Corporate Suites

Welcome to Roanoke VA, Star City of the South! Originally a railroad town, the area has grown with the times-we are currently the home of the largest medical center in the state, Carilion Healthcare. The city has invested in biomedical development and we have a new Medical School and Medical Research facility, all continuing to fuel the region’s prosperity! Our Lanford Street location is built on a former walnut grove, surrounded by trees. The three-building layout gives it a “campus” feel and a real sense of community, while still offering a quiet and private setting. Within a couple of minutes, you’ll find a PAR 3 golf course, the Roanoke Regional Airport, Gold's Gym, and Valley View Mall-where you will find an extensive choice of local or chain restaurants and shopping. We are also conveniently located to Hollins University, Berglund Civic Center, Amazon, and Friendship Manor.
