ALC Property Maintenance was founded in 2016 by Bob Schrader and Josh Heston. While working together for another company we recognized a need for better service, honest work and a quality product. With Bob's background in facility management and Josh's many years of experience in the asphalt industry we offer an excellent alternative for your property repair and maintenance.
