Anandtara

In 2006, the Gaikwad family, who provided strong support in the form of a large land bank, gave rise to Anandtara – a construction firm aiming to redefine the skyline of Pune. Through the educational backgrounds and expertise of its enterprising young members, the firm was able to carry out operations related to liasoning, execution, finance, and sales in-house. The brothers coordinated and communicated effectively to cover areas like liasoning, sales and marketing, finance, site and material management, purchase, etc., working together towards their dream of creating contemporary homes rather than just constructing residences. Through all of these resources, Anandtara has successfully completed various projects in various parts of the city, including outright land purchases and joint venture arrangements.
