Elevated wine tour company focusing on private wine tours in the Ojai, Santa Ynez and Santa Barbara wine producing regions. All tours are led by Paul Tilson, Certified Sommelier and Wine Director. I visit exclusive and private wine estates and vineyards. I introduce my guests to boutique producers who are farming organically, biodynamically and sustainably. We taste beautifully and ethically crafted wines in luxurious settings. All tours include a gourmet lunch served in the vineyards.
