Bourkes Real Estate Agency

Bourkes Property was founded by Alan Bourke in 1988 with a vision to deliver truly localised property sales and management services to South Perth and surrounding suburbs. Times have changed, but our commitment to taking care of business hasn’t! Over three decades later, we’re a fully-fledged team of 20+ professionals across sales, property management, auctions and projects. Together, we live and breathe a ‘more for you’ philosophy – backed by top-tier in-house marketing and polished communication systems. For you, that means an easy, valuable and the best experience in property. Having been your neighbour for close to 40 years, we know there is no place like home. We all live, love and support the locals. Whether you need a better lifestyle, better family time, better financial security or just better advice, the Bourkes team is here for you!
