Chatham Green Cooperative

Chatham Green is located three blocks east of Tribeca, one block south of Chinatown and three blocks north of South Street Seaport. Three hundred years ago, Chatham Green was nothing more than a broad green meadow in a farm belonging to Peter Stuyvesant. While much has changed, the area still enjoys an energy, diversity and unique character that can be found nowhere else in New York City.
