Crawford developments is a residential townhouse builder in Christchurch specialising in affordable homes in convenient locations. We design our developments to fit the land rather than making our houses fit a site. Therefore no 2 developments will be the same. Once a site is purchased we aim for high density to help reduce the NZ housing shortage and build affordable houses suited to the busy lifestyles of today. Our homes are aimed to help first home buyers and families into the market. They also make for a great investment property. We manage the design and construction in-house which means we have control over the timeline of our projects and can give certainty around completion dates for our purchasers. We use local sub-contractors and suppliers with the overall project management being managed in house by the Crawford team.
