Following his qualification, he opened his own practice. In 2017 Dr. Ranen completed his ICCSP (Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sport Practitioner) qualification. The need to grow and learn saw Dr. Ranen leave South Africa in 2018 and pursue a career in Mauritius. This new experience saw him join an Orthopedic team, changing his focus from sport specific treatment and management to disc injuries, co-managing patients with other specialists in a multidisciplinary approach.
