Epicore Biosystems, Inc. has developed a proprietary, skin-like microfluidic platform that captures and analyzes sweat in real time, offering continuous, noninvasive insight into human physiology. Low-cost and highly adaptable, the system collects minute droplets of sweat directly from the skin to deliver ongoing health monitoring. The technology stems from more than two decades of pioneering innovations in microfluidics and soft, flexible materials led by Prof. John Rogers at Northwestern University’s Center for Bio-Integrated Electronics.
