— Mr. Dub has personally brought, defended or served as expert consultant in connection with most of the court cases brought in the past fifteen years that involved Ohio’s franchise law. His 2017 case in Arizona federal court established the rule that Ohio’s law applies in disclosure violation cases involving Ohio franchisees, even if the Franchise Agreement says that a different state’s law applies.
