Guadalupe Centers, established in 1919, is the longest continuously operating Latino-serving nonprofit in the United States. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, its mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals in Latino communities throughout the Kansas City area. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including early childhood education, charter schools, youth development programs, family support services, substance use treatment, and an older adults program. Guadalupe Centers is also expanding its high school facilities by repurposing the former FBI office in Kansas City to house its high school, workforce initiatives, and other social service programs .
