Guided Growth Services

We’re Guided Growth Services, a registered NDIS provider based in Claremont Meadows, supporting participants across the Sydney metropolitan area — especially around Blacktown, Parramatta, and Western Sydney. Our work is centred on practical, person-to-person support that helps people live with more independence and confidence in everyday life. Sometimes the biggest wins are the small ones. We assist with personal activities, household tasks, travel and transport, and day-to-day living support through shared or independent arrangements. We also work closely with participants on life-stage transitions and developing everyday life skills — the sort of skills that make daily routines smoother and a bit less overwhelming. Truth is, everyone’s situation is different. So we tailor our support around each participant, whether that means helping someone get comfortable catching transport to appointments, joining community activities, or building confidence with things at home.
