HighHope Care

High Hope Care Services which is based in Melbourne provides disability support services across Victoria. It has been started by individuals with extensive experience in dealing with people with disability including children with special needs. One of the founders has a direct, extended family member with crippling disability and hence is familiar with the challenges faced by such individuals daily. The challenges of a disabled person are heightened due to lack of individualized servicing. Our aim is to empower individuals with disabilities to develop skills and capabilities that enable them to achieve maximum independence and participate in society.
