My name is Tom Jacker, and I work at Hillside Horizon, a rehab center specializing in mental health care. As a mental health worker, I am committed to helping teens and their families navigate the challenges of mental health, particularly through our specialized teen mental health treatment programs in California. At Hillside Horizon, we recognize the unique pressures and struggles that teens face today, from anxiety and depression to trauma and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding teen mental health and helping young individuals find the support they need.
