India Regular Visa Application Process

Applicants seeking longer stays in India for study, work, or business follow the India Regular Visa Application Process, completed in three stages. First comes the online form, generating a printable copy with a unique Application ID. Next, the signed form along with supporting documents and passport goes to the nearest Visa Application Centre. Processing typically takes a minimum of three working days before the passport bearing the approved visa gets returned.
