InjectCo MedSpa Dallas is a medical spa on North Carroll Avenue in Old East Dallas, near Uptown, Deep Ellum and Lakewood. Our injectors provide Botox and other wrinkle relaxers, lip and dermal fillers, facial balancing, liquid rhinoplasty, PDO threads, microneedling and chemical peels. Laser hair removal, laser skin treatments and medical weight loss with physician oversight are also available. Every visit starts with a private assessment, and results vary by patient.
