Our producer, Masakazu Ishibashi, is a visionary with a talent for developing popular restaurants in Ginza and internationally. He brings to our establishment the expertise he honed from his time at a restaurant in Tochigi. Our chef, who has previously created a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant, now crafts kappo cuisine with a twist.
