KGH Therapy is a boutique mental health practice based in Aventura, Florida, offering individual therapy, couples therapy, and postpartum therapy for adults seeking relief from anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Led by Kristi Halberstein, LMHC, PMHC, therapy sessions integrate evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and holistic body based practices to support both mind and body. KGH Therapy provides a warm, judgment free environment where clients can explore patterns, heal past experiences, and develop practical coping tools. In person sessions are available in Aventura, with virtual therapy offered throughout Florida and New York.
