The mortgage industry hasn't changed in decades. Most of the software used has stayed the same since the era of fax machines. As a result, it can often take weeks or months to get a response from underwriting. Well, everything has changed now... We started Lendtrain to optimize the mortgage process as much as possible (humanly and technologically). It's a fact that the mortgage industry isn't up to speed. We're changing that.
