Silvia Leiva Browne, the owner of Lolita Artisanal Bakery, was introduced into the baking world by her mother Dolores "Lolita" Gonzalez de Leiva. Lolita, produced widely popular Alfajores and Pastries in their homeland of Argentina at their bakery shop. That original store started in 1965 in Cosquin, a small town in the Sierras de Cordoba.
