We’re primarily a B2B company, and that generates the bulk of our sales - and a lot of those customers to this point have been small, brick-and-mortar businesses. Obviously, trends have been shifting towards Amazon, social media and online shopping and away from small businesses. We’ve been aware of this for some time, and we’ve been steadily working on shifting our approach by making two key changes. The first one, which you might not get involved with too much at least to start, is that we’ve going after large-scale contracts with big box stores (and even other candle companies), finding some success. (places like Home Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, just off the top of my head.) Also - an interesting note; we do some contract wax-filling for Goose Creek, one of the competitors you’d listed below. Soy wax lasts longer, burns cleaner and throws fragrance better than other wax types, but it’s finicky and a lot trickier to work with.
