Niigata Omusubi Yukari is a take-out–only rice ball shop built on one simple idea: the perfect match between rice and filling. We make our omusubi with locally grown Koshihikari from Nagaoka—Japan’s renowned premium rice—shaped gently by hand while the rice is still warm. Alongside classics like salmon, ume plum, and kelp, a former French chef crafts house-made fillings that elevate the experience. You’ll always find 10+ varieties on the menu, plus a playful monthly special, so there’s something new to discover every visit. Our omusubi travel beautifully—enjoy them for lunch on the go, as a light meal, or as a bento at home.
