Under this arrangement, our firm earns attorney fees and recovers costs only through successful prosecution of qui tam cases. In other words, our clients are responsible for fees and costs only if there is a recovery. Our firm advances the costs of the case on behalf of our clients and is then reimbursed out of the proceeds of the False Claims.
