O-Ten Coffee was created by Khaled Fakir, a passionate coffee professional determined to bring authentic coffee experiences to Bangladesh. His journey began in 2021 with PT Otten Coffee Indonesia, where he developed strong expertise in coffee sourcing, roasting, and brewing. This experience shaped his belief that coffee is more than a daily beverage; it is a culture built on craftsmanship, knowledge, and passion. During his time at Otten Coffee, Khaled discovered the true potential of natural process coffee, where beans are dried with the fruit intact to enhance natural sweetness and complexity. Unlike the hybrid, commercially processed coffees commonly available in Bangladesh, this method delivers richer, more distinctive flavors.
