Precept Financial Services

Precept Financial Services was started in 1986 by David Shaw and Norm Knell as Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG) and Punch Flemmer joined in 1995. David and Punch Flemmer left to form Precept Financial Services at the beginning of 2010 with the objective of providing high-quality service. Precept has steadily grown to 19 advisers over the last five years. Eleven of them are spread throughout the Perth metropolitan area and as far as Esperance and Kalgoorlie Boulder. Precept with the main office at Osborne Park offers financial strategies for wealth protection and creation based on sound principles, or 'precepts'.
