PureReef Pros

Rental homes in Rialto often have leaks reported late, after a tenant finally notices a soft floor or a musty closet. PureReef Pros works with landlords and owners to sort out how far the water spread and what has to be removed. Standing water removal comes first, then we cut out wet drywall above the waterline and pull carpet and pad if they are past saving. Structural drying and dehumidification runs for as many days as it takes, with readings logged so the owner can see progress. If a sewer line backed up, we handle Category Three water cleanup with full disinfection. We are open 24 hours, seven days a week.
