Ricardo Ramirez is a founding member of R. Ramirez Attorneys and Counselors. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas. Ramirez received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University in 2011. His practice is focused on non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, deportation defense, as well as immigration appeals and re-openings and reconsiderations. Ramirez helps individuals and families obtain and maintain legal immigration status in the United States. In addition he advises many entertainers, athletes, and other professionals on U.S. immigration options. Ramirez also works with foreign businesses and organizations looking to establish a commercial footprint within the United States. Committed to community service and enrichment, Ramirez regularly handles cases on a pro bono basis.
