Roof Eval

Roof Eval is an independent roof inspection company based in East Rockaway, NY, serving Nassau and Suffolk County on Long Island. It is led by founder Max Cohen, an NRCIA Forensic Roof Inspector and CCPIA Certified Inspector with more than ten years in the roofing trade, from on-site repair work to structural assessments. Homeowners, home buyers, property managers, insurance adjusters and attorneys rely on our reports, and clients rate us 5.0 on Google. Because we never repair, replace or install roofs, our findings stay unbiased. Services include residential and commercial roof inspections, forensic inspections, leak detection and installation oversight, each with a clear, photo-backed report.
