Somatic Breathwork

Address: 7 Witten Lane, Bothell, WA 98021 My name is Jennifer. I’m a Conscious Parent Coach and Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner in Bothell, WA. I help parents to release stored stress, strengthen their relationship with themselves and reconnect with their body. I am first and foremost a fellow human and a women who has experienced childhood trauma and chronic health challenges. As a mentor and space-holder, I come with compassion and understanding of what it’s like to feel stuck, in pain, overwhelmed and living in a chronic state of anxiety.
