Dr Lief Destrade Sosa is a trained Generalist who discovered Functional Medicine during his journey to reverse his own psoriasis. In 1998, he graduated from Medical school at the Higher Institute of Superior Sciences of Havana. His exposure to clinical cases and hands-on experience began early. When he immigrated to Canada, he started working as a personal support worker in hospitals, in Montreal. Mastering French as his third language, he completed his medical degree for a second time at the University of Montreal, in 2006.
