Serving Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Kamloops, Penticton, Summerland, and the Okanagan Valley, we support builders, homeowners, and developers with energy efficient building services. Our core work includes BC Energy Step Code compliance through performance modelling, plus Step Code and EnerGuide documentation delivered on schedule. As Registered Energy Advisors, we provide EnerGuide evaluations for new and existing homes and translate ratings into actionable upgrade priorities. We also complete CSA F280 heat loss and heat gain calculations and heat load calculations to guide HVAC sizing and comfort planning. Verification services include mid-construction blower door testing, airtightness verification, and duct flow and leakage testing. From custom homes to multi-unit developments and light commercial spaces, we make energy targets clear, achievable, and verifiable.
