About Top Notch Construction & Plumbing Top Notch Construction & Plumbing is a local, Boise-Area based home remodeling and kitchen & bathroom renovation company that is licensed, bonded, and insured. We focus on personalized service and guide each client through the entire remodel process, from budgeting (we offer financing options!) and design/material selection to scheduling and completed work. We have over 12 years of experience in construction, including new construction and indoor and outdoor remodels, but specialize in home kitchen and bathroom remodels.
