Vital Kneads Massage

Vital Kneads Massage is a solo massage practice in Surprise, AZ, serving active adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay engaged in the activities they enjoy. With over two decades of experience, Corey Richason works primarily with clients dealing with back pain, shoulder pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion. Sessions blend sports massage and deep tissue techniques with thoughtful, client-specific work. Tools such as hot stones, IASTM, and cupping may be used when appropriate, always with clear communication and consent. The focus is practical and realistic: reducing discomfort, improving movement quality, and supporting recovery without exaggerated claims. Vital Kneads Massage is especially well-suited for active adults ages 40–60 who want maintenance, pain relief, or help restoring movement after setbacks. The approach is grounded, ethical, and collaborative. Clients are treated like partners in the process, not projects to be “fixed.”
