WellPin is an online service for scheduling and managing meetings and events, primarily designed for students, instructors, and educational organizers. Key features of WellPin include: Schedule Creation and Management Easily create events (meetings, classes, consultations), set their date, time, and duration, and organize them by topic or course. Automated Invitations and Notifications Participants receive automatically generated email invitations with meeting details and a joining link. The system sends reminders before the event to reduce no‑shows and late arrivals. Video Conferencing Integration Connect Google Meet directly through the WellPin interface—no Google authorization required. WellPin automatically creates the meeting and adds the link to the invitation.
