Separation is about as personal and difficult as it gets, and Anchored Family Law is here to make it calmer and clearer. We help families in Ballarat, Melbourne and across regional Victoria with parenting arrangements, property settlements, superannuation splitting, consent orders and post-separation Binding Financial Agreements, as well as divorce and child support. Most clients start with a MAP (Marriage, Assets & Parenting) Session, and can continue through our monthly subscription, with advice by Zoom, phone and email. Founder Emma Maxwell has almost 20 years of family law experience and was an Australian Law Awards finalist in 2023 and 2025.
