We have a very different business model than your average car dealership. These days alot of dealerships are known for taking advantage of the customer whether it be price, financing, or poorly reconditioned vehicles that they don't stand behind. Sadly after a dozen years in the business at many different dealerships I have found some truth in that. I always had a different mentality, I believe if you listen to a customers wants and needs you can actually help them instead of just selling them a car.
