Founded in 2023, Better Health Physical Therapy (a woman owned facility) was launched by Dr. Tamika Hardy. A respected therapist who has been practicing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for over 10 years. As a healthcare provider, we partner with groups and events within the communities we serve.
