Business Registration helps entrepreneurs, non-residents and foreign groups set up a company in Luxembourg. We handle the formation of SARL-S, SARL, SA, SOPARFI and other structures, from choosing the legal form to RCS registration, RESA publication and the beneficial owner declaration (RBE). We also manage business permit applications, VAT and social security registration, and business bank account files. Prices are public and fixed before we start, with third-party fees recharged at cost. Articles are drafted by partner lawyers, deeds are signed before notaries, and accounting is handled by independent licensed accountants. Office in Luxembourg City, visits by appointment.
