Who Do I Advocate For? I primarily represent employers, particularly in the hospitality industry and construction domains. Most of my clients are restaurants, hotels, or construction employers. I work on their side, ensuring they navigate the complicated terrains of employment laws and managerial issues. What Problems Can I Help You Solve? I tackle two core issues. First, I address employment-related concerns from the employer’s perspective, helping them by analyzing employee behaviors, conducting investigations, and suggesting resolutions. I also assist with claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York State labor law, ensuring employers maintain the required records and adhere to relevant laws, especially around payment and working hours. Second, I advise contractors on contract reviews and assist with mechanic’s liens, enforcement actions, and other legal issues specific to their domain.
