DwellFortis

On a first visit to a South Pasadena home, DwellFortis walks every room with the owner, checks how far smoke traveled, and photographs the damage before anything is moved. From there we put together a written plan. Craftsman houses and older bungalows near South Pasadena High School often have original wood floors, built-in cabinets and plaster, so we pick cleaning methods that protect those materials. Typical work includes smoke damage restoration, soot and ash removal from trim and windows, and bedroom fire damage cleanup when a space heater or lamp is the cause. If an attic was involved, our attic fire restoration covers charred rafters and insulation. We take calls day or night.
