Their careful consideration of every little detail, such as assisting us in choosing the ideal seating configuration for our family and offering valuable advice regarding the airport and boarding procedure, was greatly appreciated. The whole process went much more smoothly because one team member even took the time to amuse our children while we finished the formalities.
