EchoPeak

Culver City has a lot of mixed space: production offices, converted bungalows and apartments sharing walls with storefronts. EchoPeak restores fire and smoke damage in all of them. Electrical fire cleanup is a big part of our work here, where melted outlets and burned cable runs leave acrid soot inside walls and ceiling cavities. Our crews remove that residue, run smoke damage restoration on surfaces and fixtures, and carry out commercial fire restoration so offices near Culver Studios can get back to work. Every room is photographed and logged before cleanup starts, which gives property managers and adjusters a clear record. Emergency board-up and tarping is available whenever doors, windows or the roof were opened up by the fire, day or night.
