Energy Ready Ltd has been operating since 2019 in the field of commercial and domestic energy assessment providing services that support the need to meet the requirements for energy efficiency set out in Part L of the UK Building Regulations. We help companies, landlords, architects, building developers, construction managers and home owners to build homes and commercial buildings that are supporting the nation's goals to become net zero in CO2 emissions while offering consultancy to keep the overhead costs of improvement to a minimum. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provides a rating of the energy efficiency of a building. The certificate uses a scale from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient) and outlines how much energy the property is expected to consume.
