About the Business

The use of handloom in the Indian sub-continent dates back to the Indus Valley Civilization, over 5000 years ago. Since then, many civilizations continued to enhance and create the weaving techniques, the skill and art of weaving have passed on through generations. Our weavers are skilled artisans. They tell stories through their work, weave with their individual sense of creativity, cultural heritage and family history. Most of them work on traditional pit looms, floor and flying shuttle looms. The work of our artisans is not only a testament to their talent and dedication but also a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of Pakistan.
