Since 1992, we’ve been offering our Chicago area customers the very best in personalized service and outstanding workmanship. Our story began in the mid-nineties when two business partners decided to open their own chimney company to serve their local area. The business originally offered services like repairs, cleanings, and inspections with the goal of adding value and longevity to their customers homes. After listening to the unique needs of local homeowners over the years, our founders noticed a need to extend their offerings to include fireplaces and outdoor living items. Other stores at the time were not customer friendly, clean, or modern. This problem sparked the idea for Fireplace and Chimney Authority as we experience it today.
