With a background in mechanical engineering from Melbourne University and over 25 years of experience including 18+ years in FMCG and more than 5 years in rotational mould manufacturing Grant has built his career around improving processes, building strong teams, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing sector. Throughout his career, Grant observed a consistent challenge: teams are often too busy to focus on strategic projects that can lead to significant, lasting improvements. From optimising manufacturing equipment performance to solving complex production problems, there's often a gap between knowing what needs to change and having the resources to make it happen.
