Chiquita Hall-Jackson Founder Chiquita is a former employee of Illinois’ workforce who has first-hand experience with workplace mistreatment based on her race and gender. Influenced by her own experience of workplace discrimination and injustice, she practices in the area of employment law. She concentrates her practice on protecting whistleblowers and those who have experienced workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on a protected class. She also represents those who have been passed over for promotions and those who are negotiating a severance agreement. She also handles real estate closings. Aside from her professional accolades, Chiquita is devoted to philanthropic work, always with a legal focus. Chiquita spends her spare time educating youth on their legal rights through her non-profit, Whatever It Takes Scholars, LLC.
