I combine traditional psychiatric treatments with evidence-based holistic approaches, mindfulness, and spirituality for a more complete healing experience. I also believe in the deep connection between our inner self and the world around us, which plays a vital role in personal growth and transformation. Outside of my practice, I enjoy learning new languages, exploring metaphysics, cold plunges, and dancing.
